DEF Seminar - February 9 (The Hurt Company)

February 13, 2012-Southern Texas PGA
44th Annual Meeting and Educational Seminar
This week at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Jack Nicklaus will help the PGA of America launch Golf 2.0 – an industry wide initiative to provide more reasons for new and existing customers to seek out the game. The Southern Texas PGA and its 800 PGA members and apprentices are excited to be part of this long-term strategic plan, and the Senior Director of Golf 2.0 for the PGA of America, Darrell Crall, will be a featured speaker at the STPGA Educational Seminar on Monday, February 13th prior to the Section’s Annual Meeting.
The event will take place at Sterling Country Club at Houston National in northwest Houston beginning at 8:00 a.m. The seminar will also feature renown motivational speaker, Dr. Rick Rigsby. The STPGA would like to extend an invitation to our colleagues in the golf industry to hear Mr. Crall and learn more about Golf 2.0, as well as Dr. Rigsby and his truly inspiring message.
Golf Course Superintendents are certainly a key part of helping grow the game, and we hope you will find this an interesting and educational opportunity. If you would like to register you can do so by contacting the Southern Texas PGA at (832) 442-2404. The registration fee for the seminar is $135.00 and includes breakfast, lunch and a gift packet. Dress is business attire (coat and tie). We hope you can join us, and feel free to contact us for additional information
